Services
Ellevix provides AI automation, website, web application and custom software development services. The scope, timeline and price of each project are defined in a written proposal or invoice.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid until the date stated on them.
- Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Late payments may pause ongoing work.
- Deposits for confirmed projects are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content or access needed to complete the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the chat assistant for unlawful purposes.
